Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from marks, stains, or signs of wear

For hygiene and quality reasons, shoes that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item if there is an issue

Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
